Here is a day by day shopping list for the Natural Juice Junkie Budget Juice Reboot. I’ve tried to keep the budget juice reboot accessible to all. With this in mind it only includes ingredients available from the UK’s “big four” supermarkets (Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys and Morrisons).

Day 1

  • 6.5 apples
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 sticks of celery
  • 1 courgette (zucchini)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 thumb sized chunks of ginger root
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 pears
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 16 romaine leaves (the supermarket romaines I purchased for £0.50 each had approx 20 leaves)

Day 2

  • 6.5 apples
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 beetroot
  • 4 carrots
  • 4.5 sticks of celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 thumb sized chunks of ginger root
  • 1 lime
  • 3/4 pineapple
  • 23 romaine leaves (the supermarket romaines I purchased for £0.50 each had approx 20 leaves)

Day 3

  • 2.5 apples
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 beetroot
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 3 thumb sized chunks of ginger root
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1.5 pineapples
  • 10 romaine leaves (the supermarket romaines I purchased for £0.50 each had approx 20 leaves)
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 125 ml natural coconut milk yoghurt (or nut milk / bio yoghurt)

Day 4

  • 6.5 apples
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 carrots
  • 3.5 sticks of celery
  • 1 courgette (zucchini)
  • 1.25 cucumbers
  • 2 thumb sized chunks of ginger root
  • A big handful of kale (approx 40g / 1.4 oz)
  • 1 lime
  • 2 pears
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 13 romaine leaves (the supermarket romaines I purchased for £0.50 each had approx 20 leaves)

Day 5

  • 4.5 apples
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 beetroots
  • 8 carrots
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 thumb sized chunks of ginger root
  • 2 big handfuls of kale (approx 80g / 2.8 oz)
  • 1 lime
  • 1 pineapple

Day 6

  • 1 big handful of frozen berries (approx 80g / 2.8 oz)
  • 2 thumb sized chunks of ginger root
  • 2 big handfuls of kale (approx 80g / 2.8 oz)

  • 1 sweet potato
