Sometimes even dedicated juicers need a sweet treat. This one is inspired by the fabulous spice that is cinnamon.
Cinnamon has a long history of use in Chinese medicine where it is used to treat things such as colds, indigestion and cramps. It is also believed to improve energy, vitality and circulation.
Cinnamon may also help treat Type 2 Diabetes by lowering blood sugar levels and increasing the amount of insulin production in the body.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 pineapple
- 125 ml natural coconut milk yoghurt (or use almond milk / natural bio yoghurt)
- a good pinch of cinnamon
How to Make It
- Wash / clean all the produce
- Chop and juice the pineapple
- Pour the juice into the blender, add the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
