Always Making The Same Juice

You have no doubt heard that a “balanced and varied” diet is key to good health, well I believe the same to be true when juicing and so if you are on a juice only reboot or detox, or if juicing is your major source of vegetables and fruits it is a good idea to use different ingredients in your juices to ensure you get a good balance of nutrients. Whilst many people focus solely on green juices, my advice is to juice a rainbow of colours – leafy greens, carrots, beetroot (beets), etc.
