- 3 carrots
- 1 beetroot
- 1 thumb sized chunk of ginger (or a bit more if you are feeling brave!)
- 1/2 lemon (wax free and skin on)
How to Make It
Simply juice the carrots, beetroot, lemon and ginger and serve over ice.
