Cranberries have many health benefits and drinking cranberry juice supports the bladder, the urinary system and helps with circulation of the blood. Here is simple, delicious smoothie recipe with cranberries, blueberries, pineapple, banana and yoghurt.
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 big handful cranberries
- 1 big handful blueberries
- 1 banana
- 200ml natural yoghurt (I use Coyo vegan coconut milk yoghurt. You could also use nut milk)
How to Make It
Juice the pineapple and then use a blender to blend the pineapple juice with the cranberries, blueberries, banana and yoghurt.
