If you want to achieve something you first need to have the belief that you can, but beliefs alone are not enough. To get results we need to take action.


Morning everybody, Neil Martin, Natural Juice Junkie and I just wanted to take a couple of minutes out here on my early morning run to say that I’ve been posting a lot things recently about how you’ve got to believe in things if you want to achieve them.

Whilst that is completely true, I think it’s also important to stress that belief is not enough.

Yes, the belief will be the thing that makes you put in the effort BUT you have to put in the effort, because it is the effort that gets you the results.

It’s taking that effort everyday. It is getting up on those days when you don’t wanna go for a run and doing it anyway.

That was me this morning. That’s why I’m making this video.

I have days where I don’t want to run either but I’m so glad I did. I’m feeling so much more awake, so much more alive than I was before I put my trainers on this morning and stepped out in this beautiful sunshine.

So wherever is you wanna do, don’t just believe in it, take the actions, take steps, achieve your dreams.
