What would you do if you had £31,535,000 and just a year to spend it? Ever dreamt about what you would do if you won the lottery? Well, imagine if I told you that over the next year you are going to receive £31,535,000. What would would you do with it?

How would you spend it? What would you want to buy? What would you want to experience? What would you want to give to others?

Before you get too carried away, I need to introduce some rules about how you would receive the money.

Rule #1: Instead of a lump sum, what if you were to receive £604,800 per week, every week.

Rule #2: You have to spend the money in the week you receive it. There is no rollover and no way of saving the money.

How does that sound? Are you still able to think of lots of things you would do? Things you would want to buy? Things you would want to experience? Things you would want to share with others?

Oh, and then there is the third rule.

Rule #3: This can stop at any time.

Yes, that’s right. The one thing I am not going to tell you is how long you will keep receiving the money. The payments could stop at anytime.

Would you use the money to achieve as many of the things you always wanted to as quickly as possible?

Rule Change – £86,400 per day and just 24 hours to spend it

So, what if instead of you getting at £604,800 per week I changed the rules slightly and you received £86,400 each and every day. Once again, there is no rollover and no saving the money for another day. You get £86,400 each day, just 24 hours to spend it and the payments could stop at anytime and without any notice.

Would you wake up early to make sure you could use as much of the money as possible? Would it make you hustle?

Think about the things you would want to buy, the things you would want to experience and the things you would want to share with others.

So what if we break this down a bit further and instead of having £86,400 every day, we have £3,600 every hour.

In fact, NO. Let’s have £60 every minute because the thing I’m really talking about is time.

See we all get 60 seconds in every minute, 3,600 seconds in every hour, 86,400 seconds in every day, 604,800 seconds in every week and 31,535,000 seconds each year.

But we don’t have a way to rollover our time to another day. We can’t save time in the bank. And we never know when our time will run out.

Now if this was money you wouldn’t waste it, so why are you wasting your time? Don’t waste your time my friend. Go do those things you dream of. Go do those things that you’ve been putting off for another day. Go share those things you want to with those you love. This is your time.

We need to use the time we have now. RIGHT NOW. This is the moment to make it count. This is the moment to make the decision to follow the life you dream of. This is the moment to do the things you’ve been putting off. Seize this moment. Now is your time. It’s time to hustle.
