So many people spend time worrying about calories. When their lives are focussed on it they spend time everyday, at every meal, wondering about if they’ve had the right amount, yet I doubt it is EVER possible to truly know.

I believe that when we eat a natural diet with lots of vegetables are fruits we no longer need to be concerned with calories and that is why you will never see me trying to calculate the kind of information you find on the nutrition labels of processed junk foods for any of my recipes.
