The theme for this weekend’s Raw Food Made Simple course was the Great British Afternoon Tea and no afternoon tea is complete without scones, jam and clotted cream!

Juicy Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked for 2-3 hours)
  • 2 tbsp coconut nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt

How to Make

  1. Drain the cashew and add to a high speed blender (such as the Optimum 9400)
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth

Note: If required add filtered water to achieve desired consistency
