The theme for this weekend’s Raw Food Made Simple course was the Great British Afternoon Tea and no afternoon tea is complete without scones, jam and clotted cream!
- 1 cup cashews (soaked for 2-3 hours)
- 2 tbsp coconut nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
How to Make
- Drain the cashew and add to a high speed blender (such as the Optimum 9400)
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
Note: If required add filtered water to achieve desired consistency
