Want to make your own almond milk? It is easy to do in either a masticating juicer or a blender. In this 4 minute video I show you BOTH methods.

The juicer used in the video: http://is.gd/njj600
The blender used in the video: http://is.gd/njj9400

Juicy Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almonds (soaked overnight)
  • 2 pitted dates (soaked with the almonds)
  • 3 cups of filtered water

How to Make It (in a Juicer)

  1. Drain the soaked almonds
  2. Ladle 1/2 cup of almonds / dates into the juicer
  3. Add 1 and 1/2 cups of filtered water
  4. Repeat for remaining ingredients

I use the Optimum 600 juicer

How to Make It (in a Blender)

  1. Drain the soaked almonds
  2. Add almonds, dates and water to the blender
  3. Blend at high speed for 60-90 seconds
  4. Strain milk using a nut milk bag or fine muslin

I use the Optimum 9400 blender
