This smoothie is so good it is hard to believe its healthy! I love drinking this post workout.
- 1 banana
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup raw cacao
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 2 tbsp nut butter (I use peanut butter)
- 1 tsp coconut nectar
- 400ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
How to Make It
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth
I use the Optimum 9400 blender.
