Nothing beats a fresh green juice with blended avocado; Avocados are an excellent source of Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) and these fats also help us to absorb and use the fat soluble nutrients such as carotenes.
- A big handful of kale
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 stick of celery
- 2 apples
- 1/2 lime (peeled, with pith left on)
- 1/4 avocado
How to Make It
- Wash / clean all the produce
- Juice everything except the avocado
- Remove the skin and stone from the avocado and place it in a blender. Pour over the juice and blend until smooth.
