I first launched this smoothie as part of my Guided Juice Cleanse plan. It was so popular that I also decided to include it in the Winter Cleanse too!

Juicy Ingredients

  • 2 Pears
  • A big handful of spinach (approx 40g / 1.4 oz)
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 stick of celery
  • 1/4 lemon (wax-free and skin on)
  • 1/4 avocado

How to Make It

  1. Wash / clean all the produce
  2. Juice everything except the avocado
  3. Remove the skin and stone from the avocado and place it in a blender. Pour over the juice and blend until smooth.

I use the Optimum 600 cold press juicer and the Optimum 9400 blender.
