I first launched this smoothie as part of my Guided Juice Cleanse plan. It was so popular that I also decided to include it in the Winter Cleanse too!
- 2 Pears
- A big handful of spinach (approx 40g / 1.4 oz)
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 stick of celery
- 1/4 lemon (wax-free and skin on)
- 1/4 avocado
How to Make It
- Wash / clean all the produce
- Juice everything except the avocado
- Remove the skin and stone from the avocado and place it in a blender. Pour over the juice and blend until smooth.
